Day of Practice
Saturday, September 13
9:00-3:00

You are invited to a day of practice at Vajra Vidya Portland, focused on Loving Kindness, Compassion, Tonglen, and Bodhicitta.

These foundational concepts are at the heart of the Buddhist path. They guide us in transforming habitual self-centeredness into a deep care for others, and in cultivating the wisdom and openness necessary for true awakening.

Through four periods of guided meditations and a group discussion session, we will experience how these teachings are not only central to Dharma but also deeply relevant to our everyday lives.

As a support to everyone’s meditation, the day will be held in silence. Please plan to bring your own vegetarian lunch to eat in the Shrine Room.

To attend, or if you have questions, please e-mail DANIEL
There is no cost to attend the retreat.
